During normal business hours, call 512.451.6101. You can press 1 to schedule an on site service call or press 2 to speak to "The Technical Assistance Center" or TAC. After business hours or on holidays, call 512.451.6101. You can press 1 to schedule an emergency service call and the on call technician will be notified or press 2 to leave a message for the next business day. |
